Affiliations
Mediators Beyond Borders works closely with other non-governmental organizations (NGOs), inter-governmental organizations (IGOs), governments and private entities to increase conflict resolution capacity around the world. MBB forms affiliations with other organizations by mutual agreement at the organizational partnership, project partnership and alliance levels. Affiliation status does not imply a legal relationship with MBB.

Partnerships
MBB is committed to building long-term partnerships with a variety of organizations across geographical, political, ethnic, economic, religious, societal and cultural boundaries in pursuit of our mission and in order to enhance our capacity. Affiliations with MBB at the partnership level represent an ongoing, long-term relationship with organizations that operate in compliance with MBB’s mission. MBB currently forms partnerships at the following levels:

• Organizational Partnerships are formed at the MBB Affiliations Committee level with the support of the MBB Board of Directors in pursuit of the organization’s strategic goals.
• Project Partnerships are formed at the MBB Project Committee level with organizations that jointly collaborate and/or assist with MBB Projects and Initiatives.

Alliances
MBB welcomes informal alliances with organizations in order to support common goals, enhance networking capabilities and increase global awareness about conflict prevention and resolution initiatives.
