Deniz Kite

She is an expert trainer,  20-year business owner and a consultant working with businesses all over Europe and Turkey.

Trained as a mediator in Austria, she has ten years of commercial, sports and intercultural mediation experience and has logged over 2,000 hours of mediation and conflict resolution for corporations, universities and business organizations. She speaks English and German aside from her native Turkish and continues to lecture on Mediation, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Effective Communication, Leadership, Team Building, Decision Making, Coaching, System Therapy at L’accadémia Areté and several Bar Associations and Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Turkey.

Besides her academic studies on International Relations, Psychology and Management, Deniz Kite practices and delivers trainings on Reiki and healing, I Ching, Feng Shui, Meditation, Quantum Thinking and Sufism. She has published numerous times in national and international media, she has been publishing Arché; the first mediation journal of Turkey since 2008 and in 2005, published her first book; Give Me Your Heart, which was followed by seven more books. She is a member of European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and European Forum for Restorative Justice.
